How Can I Pay?

We accept payments through PayPal and all major debit / credit card issuers. We are not able to accept cash on delivery.

When I Place an Order, What Notifications Can I Expect?

All orders receive a receipt via email instantly. You will also receive a further update when your order has been sent to the dispatch team for packing.

NB: You can opt in for updates via Text / Facebook message at checkout stage.

When Will My Order Be Sent?

Over 90% of orders are with the dispatch team within 24 hours of you placing your order (not including weekends and public holidays) and we endeavor to dispatch your orders within a maximum of 3 days (including standard shipping), but this also depends on other factors such as the item, the amount of orders we have and various holiday seasons.

What is the Expected Delivery Time?

All orders are processed in turn (see below for priority processing). Shipping times are all advertised on each individual product page, so it is best to refer to there for a more specific idea. Scheduled delivery quotes are usually over stated and we aim to impress you with a quicker delivery than stated. However, please understand that sometimes there are situations out of our control.

What if my Order is Delivered Later than the Quoted Time?

Let us know and we will instantly refund any shipping costs you may have paid. We will also look at other options to ensure you are happy with our service.

Can I Cancel or Return 'Made to Order' or 'Personalised' Items?

Generally, No! Unless we haven't put them out to the designer. All our made to order and personalised items are literally made once you order and we cannot be sure of selling another. We are sorry about this.

What is Express / Priority Processing?

If you opt for our express processing option, your order will be given packing priority over the standard shipping option. This may not mean a quicker delivery than stated on the product page, but it does have a greater chance simply because the order will be processed before standard shipping items.

 

Will Any Multiple Orders Be Sent in One Package?

We try and send our orders out in one delivery package, however due logistics, it may be necessary to send your order in separate packages. This will not affect the delivery time stated.

We are global business with a head office in the UK and fulfillment warehouses in various parts of the world, including UK, USA, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Where Do Your Printed Clothing Items Come From?

All items are printed and dispatched from the UK and the USA.

In Short, What's Your Returns Policy?

All our orders have a 14 day returns allowance which starts on the day of delivery, except printed clothing. It is important to refer to our refund policy section to ensure your are fully aware of the process to follow and the stipulations.
